Central District 4 Elements, the residential complex located near the Titan Park, the latest project of the Forty Management developer, obtained the building permit and started the construction work. The project, developed on a land plot of 4,596 square meters, comprises 1,397 square meters of commercial space and two blocks, each one with 11 floors. The value of the residential complex is 22 million euros.
The residential area comprises 192 apartments and 231 parking places, with a mix of studios, 2, 3 and 4 rooms, and 2 duplex-penthouse apartments, each with a 165 sqm terrace, we find out in a press release submitted to our newsroom.
Lucian Azoiţei, CEO, Forty Management said: „At the present moment, we have already signed a lease for 50% of the area of the commercial area, with an international retailer, for 15 years, and for the rest of the space we are in final negotiations with several clients from the services area.
