Central District 4 Elements, the most recent project of the Forty Management developer, has obtained the building permit and started the construction work. The project, developed on a lad plot of 4,596 sqm, comprises 1,397 sqm of commercial space and two blocks, each of them having of 11 floors.
The residential area comprises 192 apartments and 231 parking spaces, with a mix of studios, apartments of 2, 3 and 4 rooms, and 2 duplex-penthouses, each with 165 sqm terrace.
The project encounters several absolute premiers for residential developments in Romania: a running track arranged on one of the blocks, barbecue and outdoor cinema, as well as an innovative concept of transforming the apartment according to the needs of the family (dual-key).
