The real estate developer Forty Management & Investments, led by entrepreneur Lucian Azoitei, bought at the beginning of the year a plot of 2,200 square meters on 134-136 Viitorului street, in a transaction valued at about 2.1 million euros. Here, the entrepreneur plans to develop a project with 33 apartments and 1,000 sqm of office space.
Forty Management activates under its own concept, called „affordable luxury” and the Central District brand. Currently, the developer is working on the Central District 4 Elements project, a development with 192 apartments and 1,500 sqm of commercial area, value at 22 million euros. The company has completed 90 apartments and has 244 apartments under construction, including Central District 25 and Central District Cuza 99.
„The land bought by Forty is one of the largest inside the central ring of Bucharest, in one of the hottest areas. Among others – the project Central Apartments, developed by 1 Development, and several small projects. It was also announced the acquisition of a land by businessman Dan Sucu, in the Circus Park area. Following the authorization process, about 33 apartments and 1,000 sqm of offices are expected, whose market value, at the end of the construction is estimated about 9.5 million euros „, according to the information provided by the developer’s representatives.
