Our first project, finalized in 2008, was, not surprisingly, one of the most successful mixed-use projects in Bucharest in the past few years. The building is placed inside one of the most beautiful areas of the city, alongside many old, aristocratic mansions. The unusual shape of the plot raised a lot of development challenges.

We are proud to say we’ve managed to create a unique boutique apartment building that perfectly blends in the architectural landscape of the street. The development incorporates 4 large duplex apartments and our most precious gem, the “Ioanid Penthouse”, which was sold in 2014 at the highest price on the Romanian real estate market, a record which lasted 7 years.
