Alina Mihaela Pușca

With an extensive experience gained by coordinating integrated services in real estate and construction projects that span a large part of the real estate market, including retail, residential, office buildings as well as the forestry areas, Alina is responsible for providing guidance on corporate governance, negotiation, drafting contracts, risk management and development of plans and policies for the company.

Prior to joining Forty Management, Alina was an attorney-at-law at leading law firms where she has advised on complex and sophisticated projects regarding regulatory matters and authorizations, private-public partnership in real estate projects, property portfolio restructuring as well as real estate securities, in all stages of transaction, from the due-diligence investigations to post-closing matters.

She graduated of two master’s programs, in business law and public procurement and she is currently attending another one in urbanism law, within the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest.
