Passioned about the role of technology in constructions, Ștefan has over 8 years’ experience in real-estate projects spanning from refurbishment or extension of constructions to building retail parks, office spaces and residential areas.

He joined Forty Management as Technical Director in 2021, bringing in valuable skills and knowledge related to Project management, General Management, Project Planning and Team Management as well as personal abilities, enthusiasm, self-motivation, responsibility.

Stefan graduated the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest in 2015, with a Master degree in Construction Project Management.
