The local developer Forty Management, which has built several residential projects in Bucharest, will start the construction work next year on a new assembly. The novelty of the project is the runway that will be arranged on the roof, thus being the second building in the country with this service, after the office buildings built in the Skanska Polytechnic.
Central District 4 Elements will be built on a plot of nearly 4,600 square meters on Fizicienilor Street no. 7, and will have 194 apartments in two blocks. In addition to the apartments, the project will have a commercial area of almost 1,500 square meters.
„The runway on block B will be 120 meters long, it will be made of 5 cm thick tartan, mounted over thermal insulation and waterproofing, and it practically absorbs all the noises. I originally wanted to make a tennis court, but the sound problem caused by hitting the ball cannot be minimized. This area, placed on the roof of block B and dedicated to sport activities, is not just for running; children can also play here, you can do yoga or pilates in silence, without being in the center of anyone’s attention” – said Lucian Azoiţei, shareholder of Forty Management Investment, for ECONOMICA.NET
The ZTP for obtaining the building permit is at the City Hall in public debate, and Azoiţei estimates that it will obtain the building permit in the first quarter of next year. The land was purchased in the spring of this year, from a Turkish real estate investment company, and the completion of housing is scheduled for August 2020.
